Jeff Culbertson – President and Owner

 Jeff is an experienced leader that brings more than 21 years of management success to the team. A former USAF maintenance   superintendent, Jeff has led organizations of up to 1,500 personnel across 7 technical specialties to mission success. Jeff’s unwavering   attention to detail ensures that each project is a success for our clients.

 Jeff has over 15yrs of law enforcement. His law enforcement experience taught him to be self-motivated and pay close attention to detail. Jeff enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and watching the Blues play. He is married and has one son.

 Shane Mims- Production Manager

Mike Parker – Residential Salesman

Though Mike has only been with St. Louis Skylights a few months, he has over 10 years of experience in furniture delivery and over 5 years experience in construction and hard scrapes. Mike always does his best to ensure our customers receive a great experience, providing great communication and a positive attitude! When not in the office, Mike enjoys spending his time with his daughter, Willow, and enjoys traveling and cars.

Kaylin Sprague –  Senior Office Administrator

 Kaylin has been with the company since February 2024 and works closely with all our teams at both locations. Kaylin has over 10 years   of customer service experience and will do everything she can to make sure that your experience is one of a kind! When not at work   Kaylin enjoys spending time with her husband and her puppy, Lilo; crafting and baking; and maternity/newborn photography on the   weekends.

Jenny works closely with our teams at both locations. She has many years of customer service providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to our customers, and making sure their needs are met in a timely manner. She will quickly try to resolve any issues that come her way for our customers.
