With more than 80 years of combined experience, the management team and our carpentry crews have the knowledge and ability to meet every challenge and provide a solution.

Jeff Culbertson – President and Owner

Jeff is an experienced leader that brings more than 21 years of management success to the team. A former USAF maintenance superintendent, Jeff has led organizations of up to 1,500 personnel across 7 technical specialties to mission success. Jeff’s unwavering attention to detail ensures that each project is a success for our clients.

Jeff Scanlon- Vice President

 Jeff has over 15yrs of law enforcement. His law enforcement experience taught him to be self-motivated and pay close attention to detail. Jeff enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and watching the Blues play. He is married and has one son.


Owen Friedeck – Residential Sales


Scott Taylor- Production Manager
Scott works closely with sales and administration staff to ensure our customer’ needs are met in the timeliest matter available. Scott came to St. Louis Skylights after working 18 years in law enforcement, he brings with him strong leadership and the ability to think quickly to try and resolve situations that arise. Scott is a family oriented and enjoys spending his off time with his wife and three children. Also getting some wind therapy on his Harley.
Mindy Middleton –  Senior Administrator
Mindy has been with the company since 2023 she works closely with all our teams at all four locations. Mindy has over 27 years of customer service and will do everything to make sure that your experience is one of a kind! When not at work Mindy enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, playing bingo and volunteering at her local Elks organization.
Jenny Culbertson – Administrator Assistant

Jenny works closely with our teams at all four locations. She has many years of customer service providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to our customers, and making sure their needs are met in a timely manner. She will quickly try to resolve any issues that come her way for our customers. 

Amanda Michels – Accounts Payables

Amanda has been with us since Nov. 2021 working closely with companies and customers to ensure the best service possible. When Amanda is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, two kids, and husband.
