Meet Our Staff

With more than 80 years of combined experience, the management team and our carpentry crews have the knowledge and ability to meet every challenge and provide a solution.

Jeff Culbertson – President and Owner

Jeff is an experienced leader that brings more than 21 years of management success to the team. A former USAF maintenance superintendent, Jeff has led organizations of up to 1,500 personnel across 7 technical specialties to mission success. Jeff’s unwavering attention to detail ensures that each project is a success for our clients.

Landon Scheer- Vice President
Landon is a retired USAF veteran who gave 21 years to our great country. As an enlisted manager, he led multiple organizations and hundreds of personnel in several different technical specialties. Landon’s goal is to ensure all your needs are handled right the first time and in a timely manner.
Jeff Scanlon- Commercial Account Manager

 Jeff has over 15yrs of law enforcement. His law enforcement experience taught him to be self-motivated and pay close attention to detail. Jeff enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and watching the Blues play. He is married and has one son.

 

Jc Culbertson – Residential Sales
JC has been with the company since 2009 and has over 10 years of experience as a skylight installer. He has led many of our projects to completion such as Metro Link platform awnings that can be seen on south Grand in St. Louis.  His many years of experience and knowledge in both commercial and residential skylight systems means that he knows exactly what it takes to bring your project to successful completion. He has also spent time as corrections officer and a dispatcher.

 

Scott Taylor- Production Manager
Scott works closely with sales and administration staff to ensure our customer’ needs are met in the timeliest matter available. Scott came to St. Louis Skylights after working 18 years in law enforcement, he brings with him strong leadership and the ability to think quickly to try and resolve situations that arise. Scott is a family oriented and enjoys spending his off time with his wife and three children. Also getting some wind therapy on his Harley.
Rick Tallman- Commercial Sales

Rick is a retired USAF veteran who served 29 years to our great country.  As a chief enlisted manager, he led multiple organizations and hundreds of personnel in several worldwide locations.   Rick’s goal is to ensure quality and your project needs are handled right the first time.

 Jessie Rieker- Senior Administrator
Jessie has been with the company since 2018 she works closely with all our teams at all four locations. Jessie has over 15 years of customer service and will do everything to make sure that your experience is one of a kind! When not at work Jessie enjoys time with her family, friends, and hanging out on her family farm riding four wheelers and BBQing.

 

 

Nicole Hammerschmidt- Administrator Assistant
Nicole works closely with our teams at all four locations. She has many years of customer service providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to our customers, and making sure their needs are met in a timely manner. She will quickly try to resolve any issues that come her way for our customers. Nicole enjoys spending time with her horse or two dogs when not working. 
Rebecca Tallman- Accounting
Rebecca is a retired USAF veteran who gave 20 years to our great country. Rebecca runs our accounting department ensuring the companies money is managed properly.   Prior to accounting she worked as our commercial project manager.
